Training that strengthens
service in the local church.

Know the Scriptures, understand the Christian faith, grow in the character of Christ, and faithfully serve his church. CLM forms biblically grounded, spiritually mature leaders prepared to serve under the leadership of their pastors.

STERIZO continues the training legacy of Hispanic Studies at Phoenix Seminary, making this preparation accessible to Spanish-speaking leaders.

Who is CLM for?

Church members who are already serving or preparing for ministry responsibilities, including ministry team leaders, teachers, elders, and those who support the care and formation of their congregations.

CLM equips local church leaders. Praxis Pastoral is a separate program offering free training and support exclusively for pastors and their spouses.
